Damages & Issues
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Email support@shopringwear.com with photos of the damaged item/s, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
Returns & Exchanges
- For returns, please refer to our Return Policy.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped and is in transit, Ringwear is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
We use trusted logistics partners to deliver your order, but once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is outside our control.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, contact us at support@shopringwear.com and we’ll help you investigate and coordinate with the carrier to resolve it.
We’re unable to issue refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered by the carrier. but we will do everything in our power to resolve the issue.
